GoPKWin Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights & Responsibilities

Welcome to gopkwin. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and GoPKWin ("gopkwin," "we," "our," "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the gopkwin website, mobile browser platform, and all associated services, games, and promotions available at gopkwin.biz.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in any promotion, or otherwise using any part of the gopkwin platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use gopkwin.

These Terms should be read alongside the gopkwin Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and gopkwin. Where any conflict exists between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless a specific policy document explicitly states otherwise.

gopkwin reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be published on this page with the date of last revision displayed at the top. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an account at gopkwin, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. gopkwin does not permit underage gaming under any circumstances. We may request age verification documentation at any time and will suspend accounts where age cannot be confirmed.
• You must be accessing gopkwin from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited to you personally by applicable law.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf — corporate entities and agents acting on behalf of third parties may not register accounts.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended gopkwin account. gopkwin enforces a strict one account per person policy. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances held pending investigation.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from gopkwin for any reason.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact number, and a working email address. gopkwin will use this information for account management, payment processing, identity verification, and responsible gaming purposes.

gopkwin may at any time request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation to verify your identity. This may include a copy of a valid CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification. Accounts may be temporarily restricted pending satisfactory completion of identity verification.

Your gopkwin account is personal to you and must not be shared with, transferred to, or operated by any other person. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials, whether or not you authorised that activity.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication details — confidential and secure. gopkwin will never contact you by phone, SMS, or email to ask for your full password. If you receive any such request, treat it as fraudulent and contact our support team immediately.

• Use a strong, unique password for your gopkwin account that is not used on any other platform.
• Do not access your account from shared or public devices unless you log out completely afterwards.
• Enable two-factor authentication from your account security settings — we strongly recommend this for all players.
• Notify gopkwin support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

gopkwin may suspend, restrict, or close accounts at our discretion where we have reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been violated, that fraudulent activity has occurred, or that continued operation of the account presents a risk to gopkwin or other players. In such cases, gopkwin will communicate the reason for any restriction where legally permissible to do so.

gopkwin accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. The minimum deposit is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit set by gopkwin, though individual payment providers may impose their own limits.

All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. gopkwin does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is received from a payment method not registered to the account holder, it will be returned to the source and the account may be investigated.

Withdrawals: There is no minimum withdrawal amount at gopkwin. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. Processing times are as follows:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash: Real-time to near-instant in most cases
• NayaPay / SadaPay: Within 30 minutes during business hours
• Bank IBFT: Same business day for requests submitted before 4 PM PKT
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on issuing bank

gopkwin does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees applied by your payment provider or bank are outside gopkwin's control and are the responsibility of the account holder. Withdrawals may be subject to additional verification checks. In such cases, gopkwin will notify you by email or live chat and process the withdrawal promptly upon satisfactory completion.

gopkwin offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed on the Promotions page, which form part of these Terms. The following general rules apply to all gopkwin promotions unless specifically stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed registration and, where applicable, identity verification.
• The standard wagering rollover requirement at gopkwin is 1× (one time) the combined deposit and bonus amount, unless a specific promotion states a different requirement. This is calculated based on total turnover across any eligible game.
• Bonus funds not subject to a completed rollover cannot be withdrawn. Real-money funds deposited alongside a bonus may be withdrawn at any time, though doing so before rollover completion will forfeit the bonus and any winnings accrued from it.
• Bonuses expire as stated on the individual promotion. The standard welcome bonus expiry is 30 calendar days from the date of crediting.
• gopkwin reserves the right to decline a bonus claim, withdraw a bonus, or void winnings generated from a bonus where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, use of multiple accounts, exploitation of a technical error, or any other activity that misrepresents normal player behaviour.

Players are entitled to hold one active bonus at a time. Where a player holds an active bonus, a new deposit bonus will not be credited until the existing bonus is either completed or forfeited. Weekly cashback and referral rewards are credited as real money and are not subject to the standard bonus rollover rules.

All bets and game rounds at gopkwin are subject to the specific rules of the individual game or market. General rules that apply across all gopkwin games and betting markets include the following:

• Bets are final once confirmed. gopkwin does not permit the cancellation of confirmed bets under normal circumstances.
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned, voided, or not completed will be refunded to the account as a stake return at the applicable odds or at even money, depending on the game type.
• Maximum single-bet payouts are set per game category. These are displayed within each game or market and are subject to change. Where a winning bet would exceed the maximum payout, the payout will be capped at the published limit.
• In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or system failure during a game round, gopkwin will resolve the bet in accordance with the game provider's rules. Where no rule exists, gopkwin's decision is final.
• Cricket and PSL betting markets follow standard betting rules for in-play and pre-match wagers. Markets may be suspended at gopkwin's discretion during live events for integrity reasons.

gopkwin reserves the right to void any bet placed after the outcome of the relevant event was already known, or where a technical error resulted in incorrect odds being displayed. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the account. The integrity of the gaming experience at gopkwin is a primary concern, and we work with game providers and data suppliers to monitor for anomalies.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gopkwin platform and will result in account suspension, termination, and potential forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same name, different names, or using another person's details
• Using software, scripts, bots, or automated systems to interact with any gopkwin game, betting market, or platform feature
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or system at gopkwin
• Placing bets in coordination with other players to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage strategies designed to circumvent risk)
• Using the platform for money laundering or any activity connected to financial crime
• Providing false identification or misrepresenting your age during registration or at any point during account operation
• Accessing your gopkwin account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account
• Any form of collusion with other players in a live table game environment

gopkwin takes responsible gaming seriously and provides a range of tools to help players stay in control of their gaming activity. These tools are available directly from your account settings without requiring a support request:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a notification to alert you after a specified duration of play.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic pop-up reminders showing how long you have been playing and your net session result.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary break from gopkwin for a set period (minimum 24 hours, maximum indefinitely). During self-exclusion, your account will be restricted and you will not receive marketing communications.

gopkwin will not accept deposits from or market promotions to accounts under self-exclusion. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gopkwin's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the balance held in that player's gopkwin account at the time the claim arises. gopkwin is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind.

gopkwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where operationally possible.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically to remain informed of any changes. Continued use of the gopkwin platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
